STOP PRESS!!

As of 31st December 2005 the UCC project has come to an end.  

From 1st January 2006 a new widening participation project covering a much larger geographical area has now been set up under the name of ASPIRENorth.

ASPIRENorth will be working with schools with the lowest progression rates to Higher Education across the whole of the north of Scotland, from Aberdeen and Moray across to the Highlands and Islands, and also with communities directly linked to these schools.  The new project will build on the good foundations laid by UCC, as well as the successful work of similar projects across Scotland - so we’re hoping to shape a programme of work which really fits the needs of the schools and the children involved.  

This is a very exciting time of development and we hope you will bear with us in getting the new project (and our new website!) up and running and our programme of activities organised.
